*We will make every attempt to deliver your pellets to your preferred location. In some instances, the terrain is simply too steep to safely operate our delivery equipment, and/or the driveway too narrow or winding for our delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to offload the pellets in a safe area as close as possible to your preferred location.
