Wood Pellet Delivery Info

Our delivery equipment allows us to carry a total of 4 tons of wood pellets, bio products, or coal per trip. We can transport:

Up to 3 pallets of coal weighing 1.2 tons/pallet, or up to 3 pallets of Okanagan pellets weighing 1.3 tons/pallet.

Up to 4 pallets of Energex, Barefoot, and Maine Woods pellets, BioBricks, Envi Blocks, & CozyLogs weighing up to 1 ton/pallet.

Delivery fee per trip = $30.00 plus $1.00 per mile, one-way

Delivery fees for our products are based on one-way distance per load from 356 North Berwick Road, Wells, Maine or 361 Roosevelt Trail in Windham, Maine to your location as determined by our GPS calculations and/or Mapquest.
We will make every attempt to deliver your order to your preferred location. In some instances, the terrain may be too steep to safely operate our delivery equipment, and/or the driveway too narrow or winding for our delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to offload the pallets in a safe area as close as possible to your preferred location.
Winter deliveries will require that your yard be clear of snow and ice.

During the months of February and March, we will staff our Wells & Windham locations during the following days and times:

Our Wells office, located at 356 North Berwick Road (Route 9), will be open for customer pick-up on Saturday mornings from 9:00-11:00 am.

Our Windham storage facility, located at 361 Roosevelt Trail (Route 302), will be open on Friday afternoons from 3:00-6:00 pm, and also on Saturdays from 9:00am –1:00 pm.

We strongly recommend that you call Bob at 205-5562, in advance, to verify availability or your particular product(s) before your visit to either location.

Please note: Customer pick-up is cash or check only. No credit cards will be processed onsite.
